OK so I've been bad about posting, but I haven't been cooking that much lately. Work has been so busy that I've been tending to get dinners from my parents. I've done some Christmas baking so I'll post something on them soonish, but my amazing husband brought me home something big and sparkly so I was very excited. Behold! The Doughnut Muffin!
It's a cake doughnut baked into a muffin tin and covered in cinnamon and sugar. It's quite the treat so I was very excited when he pulled it out of his work bag last night. yum yum yum
