I don't know how I feel about blogging yet, but I want a way to keep track of a food journal of sorts so here I am. I want to get an idea of what I'm really eating to make sure I'm eating enough of the good stuff and not too much of the bad stuff. Of course the problem is that I'm rather partial to some of the bad stuff, mainly dessert. I think that'll be the other part of this: keeping track of recipes that I'm trying out. We'll see. Anyway, yesterday morning I started photographing everything before I ate it. It's the only way I really know how to really see what I'm eating.
So yesterday...

Started out with a bowl of Kashi Go Lean for breakfast.

Had a banana for a mid-morning snack

And prolongued my morning cup of coffee

Lunch was a Lean Cuisine, some carrot sticks, and a special treat: Orangina!

For some reason, I can't get my dinner photo to post in the proper orientation. Like I said, I'm new at this... Anyway, lasagna, salad, and a small glass of wine

With a slice of lemon olive oil cake. yummy!

Then I caved and had an Oreo truffle football that I made for the Super Bowl.
