I had to work today. Boo!!! I took yesterday off and had to work today. Go figure. Since I was trying to figure out what I had to do, Mike was awesome and made us breakfast
Fried egg sandwich with cheddar and bacon on an English muffin. yummy! Go Mike!
Before I went to work, I grabbed a yogurt thinking somehow it'd tide me over until I got home.
I was wrong, and all I had in my desk drawer was a Kashi raspberry chocolate bar. Luckily that held me until I was able to get some dinner.
Once again Mike was great and went over to Yong Shing while I ran to the store after work.
We had orange chicken, white rice, asparagus, beef teriyaki, and sweet potato maki. Oh so good. Oh, and Mike made us yummy drinks with gin, chambord, lime juice, and seltzer.
Here's a close up of the sweet potato maki. I really like that one. Ooh then we had a fortune cookie for dessert, but I once again forgot to snap a photo.
