Day 17



Kashi shredded wheat and coffee for breakfast


Banana for a snack


Spinach and mushroom pizza and baby carrots for lunch


Clementine for a snack


Peanut butter granola bar for another snack


Salad with cucumber, tomatoes, and chicken with a slice of Swedish rye and butter for dinner





A chocolate mousse yogurt and a fortune cookie for dessert
