Day 11

I went to the doctor for my physical yesterday, and I apparently haven't gone in 3 years... She said I lost 7 pounds since the last time and not to lose any more weight, that I'm getting thin like my mother. haha I'm not trying to anymore anyway. I'm happy where I am and think I'm where I should be for my height. I realize that I was still living with my parents and working more than one job the last time I saw her, so I think shopping for food and for the most part making it or all in all having a more normal schedule has helped me be in a good place.

Anyway...Kashi vanilla shredded wheat and coffee for breakfast


Banana for mid-morning snack


Lean Cuisine chicken club panini and baby carrots for lunch


My mom bought a couple mangoes and didn't like them all that much so she gave them to us to try. Well I had some for a snack today, and I don't love them either. Oh well.


But I do like chocolate hearts :)


Dinner won't be until at least 7:30 so I had a yogurt to get me through til then



Dinner was homemade pizza. We had roasted sweet potato, yellow onion, some mozzarella and some sassy blend greens on whole wheat dough.



And a Lindt stracciatella truffle with a cup of decaf tea with milk and sugar for dessert.
